Current features

• Users can register and spawn a rover
• The rover can be commanded to move, stash, repair and recharge
• Rover commands use energy
• The rover has a radar function to view nearby terrain and objects
• The server supports multiple users
• The map is populated with terrain and objects
• Rovers take damage and can use collected materials to repair
